Release of a Voting Rights announcement

Allianz SE, Königinstr. 28, 80802 München, Germany, informed us, according
to Article 21 Section 1 WpHG, that they exceeded the thresholds of 3 % and
5 % in voting rights in Deutsche Bank AG, Große Gallusanlage 10-14,
Frankfurt am Main, on 23 September 2008 , then amounting to 7.41 %
(42,304,007 voting rights). 7.40 % (42,227,898 voting rights) are to be
attributed according to Article 22 Section 1 Sentence 1 No. 1 WpHG, and
0.01 % (76,109 voting rights) according to Article 22 Section 1 Sentence 1
No. 6 WpHG. 40,000,000 voting rights concern 40,000,000 new shares of a
capital increase of Deutsche Bank AG. These 40,000,000 new shares were
subscribed by Dresdner Bank as settlement bank for the capital increase of
Deutsche Bank AG.
The voting rights attributed to Allianz SE were held by these companies
controlled by Allianz SE, each holding 3 % or more in Deutsche Bank AG:
Allianz Finanzbeteiligungs GmbH, Königinstraße 28, 80802 München
Dresdner Bank AG, Jürgen-Ponto-Platz 1, 60301 Frankfurt am Main.
Allianz SE also informed us according to Article 21 Section 1 WpHG in
connection with Article 24 WpHG:
Allianz Finanzbeteiligungs GmbH, Königinstraße 28, 80802 München, exceeded
the thresholds of 3 % and 5 % in voting rights in Deutsche Bank AG, Große
Gallusanlage 10-14, Frankfurt am Main, on 23 September 2008, then amounting
to 7.08 % (40,416,894 voting rights). These voting rights are attributed
according to Article 22 Section 1 Sentence 1 No. 1 WpHG. The voting rights
attributed to Allianz Finanzbeteiligungs GmbH were held by this company
controlled by Allianz Finanzbeteiligungs GmbH:
Dresdner Bank AG, Jürgen-Ponto-Platz 1, 60301 Frankfurt am Main.
The voting rights of Dresdner Bank AG, Jürgen-Ponto-Platz 1, 60301
Frankfurt am Main, exceeded the thresholds of 3 % and 5 % in Deutsche Bank
AG, Große Gallusanlage 10-14, Frankfurt am Main, on 23 September 2008, then
amounting to 7.08 % (40,416,894 voting rights).
Furthermore Allianz SE informs us according to Article 21 Section 1 WpHG
that its stake in Deutsche Bank AG, Große Gallusanlage 10-14, Frankfurt am
Main, fell below the thresholds of 5 % and 3 % in voting rights on 25
September 2008 , then amounting to 0.34 % (1,957,113 voting rights). 0.33 %
(1,871,139 voting rights) are to be attributed according to Article 22
Section 1 Sentence 1 No. 1 WpHG, and 0.02 % (85,974 voting rights)
according to Article 22 Section 1 Sentence 1 No. 6 WpHG.
Allianz SE also informed us according to Article 21 Section 1 WpHG in
connection with Article 24 WpHG that:
The stake of Allianz Finanzbeteiligungs GmbH, Königinstraße 28, 80802
München, in Deutsche Bank AG fell below the thresholds of 5 % and 3 % in
voting rights on 25 September 2008 , then amounting to 0.00 % (0 voting
rights).
The stake of Dresdner Bank AG, Jürgen-Ponto-Platz 1, 60301 Frankfurt am M,
in Deutsche Bank AG fell below the thresholds of 5 % and 3 % in voting
rights on 25 September 2008 , then amounting to 0.00 % (0 voting rights).
