AS “Latvijas Krājbanka” becomes the holder of 51% capital shares of SIA “Center Credit”

AS “Latvijas Krājbanka” (JSC) informs that the purchase - sale transaction of
the capital shares of SIA “Center Credit”(Ltd), reg. no. 40103185252 ended on
October 20th 2008, and AS “Latvijas Krājbanka” became the holder of 1020 (one
thousand twenty) or 51% capital shares of SIA “Center Credit” (hereinafter
referred - Capital shares). 
As it has been informed, on August 27th 2008 AS “Latvijas Krājbanka” concluded
a purchase contract (hereinafter referred to as the Purchase contract) with Mr.
Aleksandrs Surikovs on acquisition of 1020 (one thousand twenty) Capital shares
of SIA “Center Credit” for the total amount of USD 717060 (according to the
currency exchange rate set by the Bank of Latvia on the day of the Purchase
contract conclusion the total amount comprised 342755 LVL or 487696 EUR). The
nominal value of one share is 1 LVL. SIA “Center Credit”, in its turn, has
concluded contract with the Private Enterprise “Odisseya” (the Ukraine), the
Private Enterprise “Olimpiya” (the Ukraine) and with the limited liability
company “Assets Management Company Trust Center” (the Ukraine) for the
acquisition of 100% capital shares of the limited liability company “Spozhyv
Servis” («Спожiв Сервис») registered in the Ukraine. The information on SIA
“Center Credit” capital share purchase transaction was published on August 28th
2008, in the Internet on the websites of OOICGS, AS “Rīgas Fondu birža” and AS
“Latvijas Krājbanka”.

persons and legal entities, and it has the widest client service centre network
in Latvia. With the acquisition of 51% of capital shares of SIA “Center
Credit”, which holds 100% capital shares of the limited liability company
“Spozhyv Servis” («Спожiв Сервис»), registered in the Ukraine, AS “Latvijas
Krājbanka” will continue implementing its strategy, which foresees development
of the full range of financial services, including crediting services.
