PÖYRY AWARDED EUR 15 MILLION ENGINEERING FRAME AGREEMENT IN SPAIN

Heymo Ingeniería S.A., a Pöyry group company has signed a frame
agreement with TECNICAS REUNIDAS S.A. for the engineering of several
EPC projects over the next three years. Pöyry's services include
front-end, basic and detail engineering, and procurement services.
The initial estimated value of the services is EUR 15 million. Heymo
Ingeniería is owned 60 per cent by Pöyry and 40 per cent by TECNICAS
REUNIDAS.

TECNICAS REUNIDAS is a Spanish general contractor and engineering
company and one of the European leaders in oil & gas, refining,
petrochemical and power generation projects. This strategically
important assignment is a continuation of Pöyry's long-term
collaboration with TECNICAS REUNIDAS. Previous assignments have
included engineering contracts for several oil refinery units, a
cumene plant, engine test centre and hydrogen plants

Pöyry has a long track record in basic engineering, detail
engineering, construction supervision and project management for
industrial plants in Spain. This agreement further expands Pöyry's
service portfolio within the industrial plants sector in Spain.
