Top Antitrust Specialist Joins Paul Hastings in Washington, D.C.

He serves as antitrust counsel for a diverse array of clients including Del Monte Foods, Symantec Corporation and Western Refining, which Mr. Cohen successfully defended through trial and appeal of Western's acquisition of Giant Industries. Prior to Heller Ehrman, Mr. Cohen served in private practice and served as an Assistant Special Prosecutor investigating and prosecuting criminal wrongdoing related to the failure of major financial institutions.
