On October 16, 2008, Rivendell Holding AG, Zug, Switzerland, has informed
us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its
Voting Rights on SOLON AG für Solartechnik, Berlin, Deutschland, ISIN:
DE0007471195, WKN: 747119, have exceeded the 3% limit of the Voting Rights
on September 11, 2008 and the 5% limit of the Voting Rights on October 14,
2008. On September 11, 2008 Rivendell Holding AG hold 488.123 shares
representing 3,90% of the company shares and on October 14, 2008 Rivendell
Holding AG hold 715.327 shares representing 5,71% of the company shares.
