313music JWP AG: Expansion of cooperation with SONY BMG

Munich, October 21, 2008 – 313music JWP AG and SONY BMG Music Entertainment
(Germany) GmbH will continue expanding their cooperation in future: In the
coming three years SONY BMG will exploit exclusively the back catalogue of
the Munich company. 313music JWP AG's extensive inventory of music rights
includes popular artists such as Hansi Hinterseer, Roland Kaiser,
Engelbert, David Hasselhoff, Tony Marshall and Die Firma. 313music JWP AG
will also license the new albums of Hansi Hinterseer and Heino exclusively
to SONY BMG. The back catalogue and its rights will be retained as an asset
in the company.

SONY BMG will remain the exclusive distributor of new productions of
313music JWP AG in German speaking countries.

313music JWP plans to invest the expected income into a sustainable
expansion of their artist portfolio, new productions and strategic
participations.
