In continuation of Nykredit Realkredit A/S' announcement of 14 October 2008 on
completion of the tender offer with respect to Forstædernes Bank A/S notice is
hereby given pursuant to section 29 of the Danish Securities Trading Act and
section 28a of the Danish Public Companies Act, that Nykredit Realkredit A/S
has acquired 17.047.480 shares in Forstædernes Bank A/S with a nominal value of
DKK 25.00 per share, corresponding to 98,1 percent of the outstanding shares
and the votes in Forstædernes Bank A/S.
