Hakon Invest increases ownership in Hemtex

On October 20, 2008, Hakon Invest purchased 1,987,000 shares in
Hemtex AB. Hakon Invest thereafter owns 7,755,138 shares in Hemtex
AB, corresponding to an ownership share of 26.4% of the capital and
votes in the company.

Hakon Invest's ownership in Hemtex AB as per September 30 was
5,767,238 shares, corresponding to 19.7% of the capital and votes.
