SAN FRANCISCO, Oct. 21, 2008 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Laugh, sympathize, fall in love, release your anger, and feel all possible emotions in another insightful masterpiece by the clever contemporary writer, Helen Lewison, in I'm a Noodle, You're a Noodle Will You Marry Me.

The title I'm a Noodle, You're a Noodle Will You Marry Me is a line taken from a poetry book that Lewison used to read over and over in her younger days. The line never fails to give her a smile as she recalls the delightful memories she has of reading the book. I'm a Noodle, You're a Noodle Will You Marry Me is a compilation of her works including poems and short stories she wrote while still in grade school and as a teenager as well as essays she wrote for her writing class, which even include teacher's comments. Some of the works featured are taken from her old notebook from the 1940s and 1950s. The compilation centers on the daily events of a person's life, both major and minor. Remember the good old days, as Lewison shares her moments of young love that turned into a joyful marriage, which later turned into a separation, which resulted in her becoming a stronger woman ready to love again. Know how important it is to rise each time you fall, or to appreciate moments of solitude, with this wonderful collection.

Find yourself nodding in agreement with Lewison's perception of love, friendship, hate, success and even media in I'm a Noodle, You're a Noodle Will You Marry Me. For more information, log on to www.Xlibris.com.

About the Author

Helen Lewison was born in Waco, Texas. She used to describe herself as a brooding, pensive and wistful girl. Many years later, she moved to San Francisco, and a completely new world opened to her: North Beach, poetry readings, coffee houses, and a group of wannabe artists and writers. She went through life experiencing fun as well as disappointment. After her husband died, she began writing books, one after the other. Five books later, she is still writing.
