Holst-Nielsen, in accordance with AGM resolutions and following
consultation with the company's three largest owners, has appointed
the Nomination Committee comprising the following:

* Urmas Kruusval, representing Sjätte AP-fonden
* Svend Holst-Nielsen, Chairman of the board of Lindab
International AB
In accordance with an AGM resolution, the Nomination Committee shall
evaluate the composition and work of the Board of Directors and will
draft proposals for the 2009 AGM regarding:
* Election of a Chairman for the AGM.
* Election of the Board of Directors and of a Chairman of the Board
* Election of auditors, when applicable, in conjunction with the
company's Audit Committee
* Fees to Board members, any committees and auditors
* Composition of the Nomination Committee for the 2009 AGM

meeting, which is scheduled for the end of March 2009.
