On 1 November 2008 the contract of service of Mr. Jaak Heinola, a member of the Management Board of KIA Auto AS, comes to an end. At the meeting of the Supervisory Board of KIA Auto AS held on 21 October 2008 the Supervisory Board decided to continue with a single-member management board instead of a two-member Management Board. Fulfilling the duties of Managing Director will be current member of the Management Board and Sales Director Mr. Sven Litvinov. Mr. Litvinov joined KIA Auto AS in 1994 and has been the company's Sales Director since 2000. In 2004 Mr. Litvinov was elected to the management board of KIA Auto AS.
