Release of a Voting Rights announcement

On October 21, 2008 , Ms Regina Immes, Deutschland has informed us
according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG, in correction to her
announcement of 21.10.2008, that via shares her Voting Rights on net AG
infrastructure, software and solutions, Koblenz, Deutschland, ISIN:
DE0007867400, WKN: 786740, have exceeded the 10% limit of the Voting Rights
on September 29, 2008  and now amount to 10.03% (this corresponds to
2208414 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 10.03%
of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 2208414 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to Ms Immes from SEMI Verwaltung GmbH which is controlled by her
and holds more than 3% of the Voting Rights of net AG infrastructure,
software and solutions.
