The trading rights of Pan Capital AB on OMX Nordic Exchange Stockholm have been suspended. The reason is that Pan Capital has requested that it shall no longer be under the supervision of the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority. Pan Capital conducts proprietary trading operations only and subsequently it does not require to be under supervision. One of the conditions for obtaining a membership on OMX Nordic Exchange is however that the company is under supervision by a securities market regulator and Pan Capital thereby no longer fulfills this criteria. For this reason only, the trading rights of the company have been suspended.
