Norwegian Competition Authority considers not approving the merger of Aspiro and
Opplysningen's search businesses

The Norwegian Competition Authority has today informed Aspiro that they are
considering taking the following decision: “The merger between Opplysningen
Mobil AS and Aspiro Søk AS will be prohibited”. Aspiro does not agree with The
Norwegian Competition Authority's evaluation and will pursue the issue further.
