has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG, in
correction to its announcement of 15.10.2008, that via shares its Voting
Rights on B+S Banksysteme Aktiengesellschaft (vormals DataDesign AG),
München, Deutschland, ISIN: DE0001262152, WKN: 126215, have fallen below
the 5% and 3% limit of the Voting Rights on October 06, 2008 and now amount
to 2.45% (this corresponds to 152230 Voting Rights). According to Article
22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 2.45% of the Voting Rights
(this corresponds to 152230 Voting Rights) is to be attributed to the
company from Omikron Holding GmbH & Co. KG.
