Release of a Voting Rights announcement

On October 21, 2008 , Mr Immo Ströher, Deutschland has informed us
according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting
Rights on SOLON AG für Solartechnik, Berlin, Deutschland, ISIN:
DE0007471195, WKN: 747119, have exceeded the 5% limit of the Voting Rights
on September 11, 2008  and now amount to 5.46% (this corresponds to 684423
Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 3.90% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 488123 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to Mr Ströher  from Rivendell AG.
