The Executive Board of Forstædernes Bank is being expanded
In connection with the Nykredit group's acquisition of Forstædernes Bank the
Bank's Board of Directors has decided to increase membership of the Executive
Board by including Bjørn Damgaard Mortensen, bank manager. Bjørn Damgaard
Mortensen is 40 years old and a manager in Nykredit Bank.
Bjørn Damgaard Mortensen will be double employed and will continue his current
function at Nykredit Bank.
Bjørn Damgaard Mortensen is to be responsible for the coordination of the
common tasks and functions associated with credit policies and credit
management in Forstædernes Bank.
From now on the Executive Board consists of Kjeld Mosebo Christensen, managing
director as well as bank managers Niels Fessel, Gunnar Kobberup and Bjørn
Damgaard Mortensen.
