NOTIFICATION ON A CHANGE IN HOLDINGS REFERRING TO CHAPTER 2, SECTION 10, OF
THE SECURITIES MARKET ACT


Affecto  Plc has received a flagging notice stating that Arendals Fossekompani
ASA  ("AFK) has completed the merger of its subsidiaries Norsk Vekst  ASA  and
Norsk  Vekst  I  AS with itself. The merger plan was announced on  a  flagging
notice on 24 June 2008. All three companies have owned Affecto's shares. After
the implementation of the merger, the direct holdings of AFK has increased  to
approximately  5.53%.  The total ownership of Arendals Fossekompani  group  in
Affecto,  5.53%, has not changed since the flagging notices of 27 August  2007
and 24 June 2008.
