Riga Stock Exchange Management Board on its meeting of October 22, 2008, issued a warning to AS „Olainfarm”. The company breached the RSE Rules Article 14.1.2. The RSE Rules Article 14.1.2. says, that if a new person has been elected or appointed in the management board or supervisory board of the Issuer, the Issuer shall submit a short description of the person's professional experience of three previous years and information about the number of Issuer's voting shares held by this person. On October 15, 2008 AS „Olainfarm” published an announcement regarding changes in its Management Board. In the announcement it was said that LR Commercial Register on October 9, 2008 took a decision to make the entries into the Commercial Register, whereby the decision to release Mr. Andris Jegorovs from the post of the Board member and to appoint Mr. Vjaceslavs Kulikovs to the post of the Board member took effect.
