The Board of Directors of Eik Bank has decided to sell all shares in SPRON hf.,
a total of 422.450.084 shares representing 8.44% of the total share capital, to
Eik Grunnurin. Following the transaction, Eik Bank does not own any shares in
SPRON hf., but Eik Grunnurin owns 8.44% of the total share capital.
