informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares
its Voting Rights on BÖWE SYSTEC AG, Augsburg, Deutschland, ISIN:
DE0005239701, WKN: 523970, have fallen below the 5% limit of the Voting
Rights on October 17, 2008  and now amount to 4.9519% (this corresponds to
326826 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 0.034%
of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 2260 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company.
