Today, the capital increase resolved by the shareholders meeting on 27
March 2008 was registered in the Commercial Register in the amount of
1,250,000,000.00.
Upon registration of the implementation of the capital increase, the issued
share capital of the Company increased from 247,794,332.16 by
1,250,000,000.00 to 1,497,794,332.16. The number of the newly issued
shares amounts to 488,281,250.
