Change to STEICO AG's Managing Board

Feldkirchen (Munich), October 24, 2008 – STEICO AG's CFO, Mr. Thomas Frei
exited the company's Managing Board on October 23, 2008. The CEO, Mr. Udo
Schramek will take over Mr. Frei's activities until further notice.

Company profile:

The STEICO Group develops, produces and sells ecological construction
products made of renewable materials. STEICO leads the European market for
wood-fiber insulation materials with a market share of more than 40%.
