Disclosure Notice

Robert af Jochnick (Oriflame's  Chairman) has acquired 50,000  shares
in  Oriflame  Cosmetics  S.A.  The  holding  of  Robert  af  Jochnick
thereafter   amounts   to   4,333,715   shares,   corresponding    to
approximately 7.7  per cent  of  the votes  and capital  in  Oriflame
Cosmetics S.A.

Alexander af Jochnick (Board member) has also acquired 50,000  shares
in Oriflame  Cosmetics  S.A. The  holding  of Alexander  af  Jochnick
thereafter amounts to 409,864 shares, corresponding to  approximately
0.7 per cent of the votes and capital in Oriflame Cosmetics S.A.
