The NASDAQ OMX Nordic Exchanges announces a new behavior in the Order Entry window in SAXESS Trade regarding "Owner Category". Only the submarkets (listed below) which have not yet been MiFID-adapted on this matter are affected. According to the MiFiD regulations, the "owner category" is required on entered orders. MiFiD states that a member entering an order must indicate the party on whose behalf such order is given. In MiFID this is stated as "Trading capacity information" which is named in SAXESS as "owner category". From November 10, the field "Owner category" in the Order Entry window in SAXESS Trade must be filled in, also for submarkets listed below. An order entered without the "Owner category" specified will result in a rejection of the order entry. The submarkets affected by this change are: Helsinki: First North HEL OMX HEL Equities OMX HEL Equity rights OMX HEL Covered Warrants OMX HEL Fund units OMX HEL Certificates OMX HEL Bonds OMX HEL Fixed Income Convertibles
