28 October 2008  OnVista AG (DE0005461602) today presented its preliminary
figures for the first nine months of 2008. As was already the case in the
first half year of 2008, the data made available concentrates solely on the
performance in the continued business divisions under IFRS. Accordingly,
OnVista achieved sales totalling EUR 8.40 million compared to EUR 9.82
million in the first nine months of 2007. This reduction is mainly due to
the development within the financial markets.

On the earnings side, expenditure from the media volume for advertising
services in the context of the sale of Ad2Net GmbH resulted in a negative
profit contribution in the third quarter of 2008. Due to this special
non-cash effect, EBIT totalled EUR 1.25 million at the end of the nine
months period, compared to EUR 3.34 million in the previous year. In the
reporting period, EBT fell from EUR 3.74 million to EUR 1.95 million.
Lastly, the profit for the period under review amounted to EUR 1.37 million
(previous year: EUR 1.58 million).
