Release of a Voting Rights announcement

On October 27, 2008, SIA Funds AG, Pfäffikon, Switzerland has informed us
according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its voting
rights on Homag Group AG, Schopfloch, Germany, ISIN: DE0005297204, WKN:
529720, fell below the threshold of 5% of the voting rights on October 24,
2008 and now amounts to 4.94% (this corresponds to 774,400 voting rights).

According to Article 22, paragraph 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 4.94%
of the voting rights (this corresponds to 774,400 voting rights) is to be
attributed to the company.
