Douglas Peters is the former president and CEO of Jefferson Health System and co-founder of ATHS (Advisors to Healthcare Suppliers). During his 35-year health services career, he has served as president and CEO of Main Line Health; senior vice president of Blue Cross Blue Shield Association; an administrator of the University of Nebraska Hospital and Clinics; and executive director and president of Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit. Peters served on the faculties of graduate programs in Health Management at the University of Nebraska's College of Medicine and the University of Michigan. A Fellow in the American College of Health Care Executives and a life member of the Katahdin Medical and Philosophical Society, Peters serves on the board of number of for-profit and non-profit organizations.
