FINANCIAL REPORTING IN 2009

Finnlines Plc will publish its Financial Statements Bulletin 2008 on Wednesday
18 February, 2009 and the Annual Report during the week commencing on 30 March,
2009 at the latest. 

In 2009 Finnlines' Interim Reports will be released according the following
schedule: 
- January-March on Thursday 7 May, 2009
- January-June on Thursday 30 July, 2009
- January-September on Wednesday 4 November, 2009.

Finnlines Plc's Annual General Meeting will be held in Helsinki on Wednesday 15
April, 2009 at 12.30 pm.
