The HEXTech Expiration index closed on October 31, 2008 to 750.88 from which
the HEXTech index will continue November 3, 2008 with the new index structure. 

Attached is a sheet listing the number of shares that will be used for each
constituent in the HEXTech index as of November 3, 2008.
