rights in IKB Deutsche Industriebank AG exceeded the thresholds of 3, 5,
10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 50, 75% on 29 October 2008 and amounts to 90.81%
(531,314,238 voting rights) as per this date.
2. LSF6 Europe Partners, LLC (Delaware)'s percentage of voting rights in
IKB Deutsche Industriebank AG exceeded the thresholds of 3, 5, 10, 15, 20,
25, 30, 50, 75% on 29 October 2008 and amounts to 90.81% (531,314,238
voting rights) as per this date.
Of these voting rights, 90.81% (531,314,238 voting rights) were to be
attributed to LSF6 Europe Partners, LLC (Delaware) pursuant to section 22
(1) sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG.
Voting rights that are to be attributed to LSF6 Europe Partners, LLC
(Delaware) are held via the following company which is controlled by LSF6
Europe Partners, LLC (Delaware) and whose holdings of voting rights amount

voting rights) as per this date.
