Notifications on obtaining and lossing significant holding in the Issuer's equity

On October 31, 2008 the JSC “Ditton pievadkezu rupnica” received information
from its shareholders V.Driksne and company „Steplux LLC” on obtaining and
lossing significant holding in the Issuer's equity.
