Pursuant to sections 21 (1), 24 WpHG ('German Securities Trading Act'), we
hereby notify that the percentage of voting rights of Deutsche Bank
Americas Holding Corp., USA, in MAGNAT Real Estate Opportunities GmbH & Co.
KGaA, Grüneburgweg 18, 60322 Frankfurt, Germany, fell below the threshold
of 3% on 20 October 2008 and amounts to 2.48% (1,308,835 voting rights) as
per this date. These voting rights are attributed to the company according
to section 22 (1) sentence 1 no. 6 WpHG ('German Securities Trading Act').
Further, pursuant to sections 21 (1), 24 WpHG ('German Securities Trading
Act'), we hereby notify that the percentage of voting rights of Taunus
Corp., USA, in MAGNAT Real Estate Opportunities GmbH & Co. KGaA,
Grüneburgweg 18, 60322 Frankfurt, Germany, fell below the threshold of 3%
on 20 October 2008 and amounts to 2.48% (1,308,835 voting rights) as per
this date. These voting rights are attributed to the company according to
section 22 (1) sentence 1 no. 6 in connection with section 22 (1) sentence
2 WpHG ('German Securities Trading Act').
