Release of a Voting Rights announcement

On October 30, 2008 , LVM Landwirtschaftlicher Versicherungsverein Münster
a.G., Kolde-Ring 21, 48126 Münster, Deutschland has informed us according
to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on
IVG Immobilien AG, Bonn, Deutschland, ISIN: DE0006205701, WKN: 620570, have
exceeded the 3% limit of the Voting Rights on September 09, 2008  and now
amount to 3.31% (this corresponds to 3836797 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 1.82% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 2115525 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company  from Universal-Investment-Gesellschaft mbH,
Erlenstr. 2, 60325 Frankfurt.
