NEW YORK, Oct. 31, 2008 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) LLP today announced it has acquired substantially all the assets of enterprise technology solutions consulting firm, Entology, Inc. The acquisition includes a group of client service professionals who architect, develop and implement enterprise technology solutions, including identity management, content management and business intelligence solutions. Former Entology CEO Lawrence R. Prager and CTO Rex Thexton have joined PwC as managing directors.

The acquisition was completed October 30, 2008. Financial terms of the transaction will not be disclosed.
