On turnover of Apranga Group in October 2008


The turnover (including VAT) of the leader of retail apparel market in
Lithuania and the Baltic States Apranga Group has made LTL 49.1 million (EUR
14.2 million) in October 2008, or 2,5% more than in October 2007. 

In October 2008 the turnover of Apranga Group in Lithuania grew 7.3%
year-on-year, in Estonia grew 14.0%, and in Latvia decreased 13.4%. 

The retail turnover (including VAT) of Apranga Group has made LTL 424.5 million
(EUR 122.9 million) in January through October 2008 and has increased by 19.8%
comparing to corresponding period of 2007. 

In January through October 2008 the turnover of Apranga Group in Lithuania grew
21.5% year-on-year, in Latvia grew 14.3%, and in Estonia grew 22.7%. 

Currently Apranga Group operates a chain of 89 stores with the total area of
56.5 thousand sq. m. Apranga Group has opened 9 and closed 3 stores in 2008.
The total area of retail chain operated by Apranga Group has increased by 4.6%
in 2008. 

Shares of Apranga are listed on Baltic equity list on Vilnius Stock Exchange.
Majority shareholder of Apranga Group is concern MG Baltic.
