Tomorrow Focus AG announces figures for the first nine months
of 2008

Munich, Germany, 5 November 2008

TOMORROW FOCUS AG managed to increase group revenue from EUR 50.6 million
in the same period last year to EUR 55.1 million in the first nine months
of the current financial year of 2008. This occurred predominantly as a
result of further substantial revenue growth in the E-Commerce segment
(plus 27 per cent compared with the first 9 months of 2007) and the
continued stable development of business in the Technology segment.

The Portal segment operates in the problematic market for
advertising-financed media enterprises, which accounts in addition with a
change of segment of Cellular GmbH for the segment developing less
positively than it did last year. A breakdown of the individual profit
figures is provided below:

Group earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation (Group
EBITDA) declined slightly during the first nine months of 2008 to EUR 6.6
million following EUR 7.2 million (after adjustment for special effects) in
the same period last year. Group EBITDA before adjustment for the first
nine months of 2007 was EUR 11.5 million.

Group earnings before interest and tax (Group EBIT) declined slightly
during the first nine months of 2008 to EUR 3.8 million following EUR 4.4
million (after adjustment for special effects) in the same period last
year. Group EBIT before adjustment for the first nine months of 2007 was
EUR 8.7 million.

Group earnings before tax (Group EBT) amounted to EUR 1.9 million in the
first nine months of 2008 following EUR 4.5 million (after adjustment for
special effects) in the first nine months of 2007. Group EBT before
adjustment for the first nine months of 2007 was EUR 8.8 million.

Consolidated net income for the period before minority interest declined to
EUR 1.0 million in the first nine months of 2008 following EUR 4,0 million
(after adjustment for special effects) in the first nine months of the
previous year. Consolidated net income for the period before minority
interest and before adjustment for the first nine months of 2007 was EUR
6.4 million.

Consolidated net income for the period after minority interest declined to
EUR 0.9 million in the first nine months of 2008 following EUR 2,0 million
(after adjustment for special effects) in the first nine months of the
previous year. Consolidated net income for the period after minority
interest and before adjustment for the first nine months of 2007 was EUR
4.4 million.

Consolidated earnings per share in the first nine months of 2008 declined
from EUR 0.05 in the same period of 2007 to EUR 0.02. Consolidated earnings
per share before adjustment in the first nine months of 2007 was EUR 0.10.

Important information pertaining to the reported profit figures:
Group EBITDA, EBIT and EBT in the first nine months of 2007 improved by EUR
4.3 million and consolidated net income by EUR 2.4 million as a result of
diverse special effects:
Specifically, the financial ratios pertaining to the first nine months of
2007 include compensation payments of EUR 0.8 million which were effected
by MSN to the TOMORROW FOCUS Group. TOMORROW FOCUS AG also realised an
estimated aggregate extraordinary profit of EUR 4.3 million from the
disposal of its 41.7 percent shareholding in BELLEVUE AND MORE GmbH in the
third quarter of 2007. It was reported as other operating income and had a
positive impact on the company's results in the first nine months of 2007
and in the third quarter of 2007. An efficiency-boosting programme was also
approved in the third quarter of 2007, resulting in non-recurring charges
against earnings of approx. EUR 0.5 million. A one-off reduction in
deferred tax assets of approximately EUR 1.9 million was also made in the
third quarter of 2007. Two cancelled takeovers resulted in additional
extraordinary charges of EUR 0.3 million.

The detailed nine months report in German will be published at

available end of month.
