Release of a Voting Rights announcement

On November 05, 2008 , HOCHTIEF Aktiengesellschaft informes according to
Article 26, Section 1 Sentence 2 that  its Voting Rights on HOCHTIEF
Aktiengesellschaft, Essen, Deutschland, ISIN: DE0006070006, WKN: 607000,
have exceeded the 3% limit of the Voting Rights on November 05, 2008  and
now amount to 3.067% (this corresponds to 2146915 Voting Rights).

Addendum: Of the aforesaid voting share, a portion of 1.288 % (equivalent
to 902,000 voting rights) is attributable to HOCHTIEF Pension Trust e.V. On
this scale, HOCHTIEF Pension Trust e.V. holds shares in HOCHTIEF
Aktiengesellschaft for the latter's account.
