Getinge AB förlänger uppköpserbjudande

Getinge AB (STO: GETIB) (“Getinge”) har idag förlängt det tidigare
offentliggjorda uppköpserbjudandet (”Erbjudandet”) avseende samtliga utestående
aktier i Datascope Corp. (NASDAQ: DSCP) (“Datascope”). Förlängningen sträcker
sig till och med den 11 november 2008, med möjlighet till ytterligare
förlängning. Samtliga övriga villkor för Erbjudandet, inklusive priset USD 53
per aktie, kvarstår oförändrade. 

Per den 4 november 2008 har Erbjudandet accepterats av aktieägare som
tillsammans innehar 13,338,318 aktier i Datascope, vilket motsvarar cirka 84 %
av det totala antalet utestående aktier i bolaget.
