On the acquisition of voting rights

Sanitas AB received the notification of Baltic Pharma Limited
on the acquisition of voting rights. The threshold that was
crossed -  75 %, the reason for crossing the threshold - acquisition
of shares from Invalda AB. Notification is attached thereto.
