 Bob and Lee Woodruff, Founders of The Bob Woodruff Foundation, will
 preside over the Closing Bell in honor of The Bob Woodruff Foundation
 Event at NASDAQ MarketSite on November 5, 2008.

 The Woodruff Family launched The Bob Woodruff Foundation to help
 service members, veterans and their families as they navigate their
 road to recovery and reintegration back into their local communities.
