(BOVESPA: MMXM3) (TSX : XMM ) -- In the Material Fact published at the
brazilian newspaper on November 6th, 2008, the language: "The total
purchase price of the Mining Rights, if the options are exercised, may
reach USD 53.5 million", contained in the third paragraph shall be
substituted for: "The total purchase price of the Mining Rights, if the
options are exercised, may reach USD 44.5 million".
