informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares
its Voting Rights on  Heliad Equity Partners GmbH & Co. KGaA, Frankfurt am
Main, Deutschland, ISIN: DE0006047293, WKN: 604729, have fallen below the
3% limit of the Voting Rights on November 03, 2008  and now amount to 2.73%
(this corresponds to 1907685 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 and to Article 22,
Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 2.73% of the Voting Rights (this
corresponds to 1907685 Voting Rights) is to be attributed to the company.
