primion Technology AG: Provisional figures for Fiscal year 2007/08

  - Total revenues top 60 million Euro for the first time

  - Result significantly below expectations

6th November 2008, Stetten am kalten Markt – Based on provisional figures
for the end of the Fiscal year 2007/08 (30th September 2008), primion
Technology AG (WKN 511700 / ISIN DE 0005117006) has generated total
revenues of around 60 million Euro compared to 54.7 million Euros in the
previous year. This corresponds to an increase of almost 10% and takes the
company’s revenues through the 60 million Euro threshold for the first
time.

In contrast, earnings before interest and taxes (EBIT) at around 1 million
Euro, were significantly below the expectations of the board and the
previous year figure of 3.4 million Euro. This results primarily from
significant increases in expenditure in relation to goods and materials
employed within primion technology AG, Jans Sicherheitstechnik GmbH and the
GET Group as well as higher miscellaneous costs.

The core business segment of Access control and Time recording systems
however, has maintained its position well under difficult market
conditions. Of the larger orders that were up for tender in the market,
primion was successful in winning the projects with Fraport AG and the FU
Berlin.

The final results for Fiscal year 2007/08 are scheduled to be published on
22nd January 2009.
