AD HOC DISCLOSURE PURSUANT TO § 15 OF THE SECURITIES TRADING ACT

Primion Technology AG: Sale of company's own shares

7. November 2008, Stetten am kalten Markt – The board of directors of
primion Technology AG (Securities identification number WKN 511700 / ISIN
DE 0005117006) today passed a resolution to sell 110,000 of its own shares.
These are to be sold through the stock exchange within the next four weeks
at a price of at least EUR 6.00 per share. Selling will commence without
undue delay after today's decision. No shares will be sold at a price which
is less than the last independently traded price or less than the lowest
current independent purchase offer at the stock exchanges on which the
shares are traded (if the latter should be lower). The number of shares
sold at any day may not exceed 25% of the average daily share turnover on
the regulated market on which they are traded. No shares may be sold during
the first and last ten minutes of trading time. The reason for the sale is
that the original purpose of using the shares as acquisition currency has
been abandoned owing to the expected acquisition of a majority stake in
primion Technology AG by the Spanish company Azkoyen S.A.
