First North: Enlight International AB transferred back from the observation segment (246/08)

The shares in Enlight International AB  were placed on the observation segment on September 25th,  2008 after the company had published a public offer to the shareholders in Caperio AB.

A company description regarding the new company’s structure has now been published and it meets the requirements in the First North Rulebook. 

With reference to what is stated above, OMX Nordic Exchange Stockholm AB has decided that the shares in Enlight International AB (ISIN code SE0001511320 and order book ID 30964) shall be transferred back to its ordinary position.

The shares will be transferred with effect from Wednesday, 12th of November, 2008.
