 WHAT: Press Event:

"ELDER ABUSE, ELDER ESTATE INDUSTRY & THANKS GIVING WITHOUT GRANDMA"

WHERE: Entrance of the Los Angeles County Superior Court at 110 North
        Grand Avenue

 WHEN: 1:00 p.m. PT, Wednesday November 12, 2008

 WHY:
-- 4 BANKS are implicated in Zamboni multi-million dollar Elder
    Estate Fraud

-- Notorious Court and Bank supported Conservator involved in heiress'
    death

-- Family demands death investigation/exhumation to prove murder

If voters and beleaguered Baby Boomers have had it with bank closings, housing foreclosures and the credit industry -- or if they thought they could depend on inheriting any of mom's and dad's savings from lucrative estates from post World War II survivors or at least that mom and dad could use their hard earned assets to live out their elder years in some comfort and safety! -- They have another think coming!

Current California legislation intended to tighten Court oversight of the Elder Estate Industry but lacks enforcement and consequences to those who feed off the most vulnerable of society -- more vulnerable than children -- Worse yet, the trust services of at least four banks appear to have been routinely misused and abused to defraud a prominent senior's estate according to one Attorney General's report and other investigation.

With a lack of fiscal scrutiny that seems astounding, these banks, Professional Conservator Frumeh Labow, who controls most of the wealthy elder estates in the Los Angeles area, and multiple attorney firms implicated themselves in a multi-million dollar Estate Elder Abuse and Wrongful Death case, which spans the Elder Estate Industry from the indigenous green-card holders changing senior diapers for $8,000 per month to the marbled halls of the California Courts. This is simply one more recent chapter in volumes cataloguing the same sickening scenario that has been repeatedly played out for years targeting wealthy elders through out California and across state borders.

Ennid Zamboni Sternoff a member of the Zamboni Family of Ice Skating Machine fame died in 2004 of such horrors as starvation, poisoning, and the deliberate withholding of life-preserving, doctor-recommended medical care, while loyal members of her family vainly sought intervention from the law enforcement and legal community.

The case wound its way through the Superior Court of California Probate Court to the Court of Appeal. So far, the perpetrators are free based on the application of archaic law that "protects" those acting under court petitions with immunity. A petition for review is filed with California Supreme Court.

Family Members, represented by Los Angeles Attorney, Robert E. Canny, have requested that California Attorney General's Special Crimes Unit, Deputy Attorney General, Ed Skelly, make good on his offer to investigate the physical abuse of Ennid and an expedited Exhumation Order and medical examiner's evaluation of the case.

The Loyal Family members would like the forensic examination audited by a medical examiner team of their choice. They want their right to pursue the allegations of Wrongful Death, possible Murder and Felony Fraud by Jury Trial. The next hurdle in California Elder Protection and Safety may lie with the remains and medical records of a 90 year old along with to the California Supreme Court to decide if justice will be served.
