informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares
its Voting Rights on Manz Automation AG, Reutlingen, Deutschland, ISIN:
DE000A0JQ5U3, WKN: A0JQ5U, have exceeded the 3% limit of the Voting Rights
on November 07, 2008  and now amount to 3.98% (this corresponds to 178497
Voting Rights).
