Getinge AB förlänger uppköpserbjudande 12 November 2008 Getinge AB (STO: GETIB) (“Getinge”) har idag förlängt det tidigare offentliggjorda uppköpserbjudandet (”Erbjudandet”) avseende samtliga utestående aktier i Datascope Corp. (NASDAQ: DSCP) (“Datascope”). Förlängningen sträcker sig till och med den 10 december 2008, med möjlighet till ytterligare förlängning. Samtliga övriga villkor för Erbjudandet, inklusive priset USD 53 per aktie, kvarstår oförändrade. Per den 10 november 2008 har Erbjudandet accepterats av aktieägare som tillsammans innehar 10,753,417 aktier i Datascope, vilket motsvarar cirka 68 % av det totala antalet utestående aktier i bolaget.
