2008, that via shares his voting rights in SMARTRAC N.V., Amsterdam, The
Netherlands, ISIN: NL0000186633, WKN: A0JEHN, have exceeded the 15 percent
thresholds on November 7, 2008. Manfred Rietzler as of today holds 16.22
percent of the voting rights in SMARTRAC N.V. (this corresponds to
2,190,000 voting rights).
